Understanding Credit Usage in Testtrick

Credits in Testtrick are allocated to workspaces based on your subscription plan. The following guide explains how credits are consumed:

Credit Consumption Rules

Assessment Enrollment and Start

• Credits are deducted only when a candidate enrolls and starts an assessment.
• If the candidate does not start the assessment, no credits are used.
• Candidates with an "Invite" status do not consume any credits. Credits are only deducted once the assessment is completed.

Multiple Attempts

• If a candidate does not complete the assessment and restarts or reattempts later, no additional credits will be deducted.
• If a candidate is in progress and the assessment expiration is extended or reminders are sent, no extra credits will be consumed when the candidate completes the assessment.

By following these rules, you can manage your credits effectively and ensure they are used efficiently within your Testtrick workspace.
