Upgrading your subscription on Testtrick allows you to access more candidate credits, additional user seats, and expanded features as your hiring needs grow. If you’re scaling your team or increasing assessment volume, you can upgrade your plan directly from your workspace at any time.

This guide walks you through the simple steps to switch to a higher plan.

1. Log in to Your Workspace

Sign in to your TestTrick account using your registered credentials.

2. Open the Workspace Menu

• Click on your side menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

3. Go to Planning & Billing

• From the menu, select Planning & Billing to access your subscription and payment details.

4. Manage Your Subscription

• On the Planning & Billing page, click Update Plan.
• This will open the page where all available plans are listed.

5. Choose Monthly or Yearly Billing

• Toggle between:
  • Monthly billing, or
  • Annual billing (often available at a discounted rate)
• Select the billing cycle that best fits your latest needs.

6. Select the Plan You Want to Upgrade To

• Review the available plans and compare their features.
• Click Upgrade on the plan you want to move to.
• A prorated charges will be displayed based on your current billing cycle.
• Click Confirm and Pay to proceed.

Once the payment is completed, your subscription will be upgraded immediately, and the new plan features will be available right away.
