How to Purchase Additional Credits on Testtrick

As your hiring needs grow, you may require more candidate credits to continue running assessments on TestTrick. While additional credits cannot be added directly to an existing plan, TestTrick offers flexible options to help you scale smoothly.

Options to Get More Credits


1. Upgrade Your Plan

  • You can upgrade to a higher Testtrick plan that includes more candidate credits and user seats.
  • The upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated based on your current billing cycle.

2. Choose a Custom (Enterprise) Plan

  • If standard plans don’t meet your requirements, you can opt for a custom plan.

    With a custom plan, you can select:

    • Custom candidate credits
    • Custom number of users
  • Book a meeting with our team to discuss your needs and get tailored pricing.

Important Notes on Credits

  • Additional credits cannot be added to an active plan individually.
  • You must either upgrade your plan or switch to a custom plan.
  • If you exceed your included credits, each extra credit used will be charged at $2 per credit.
