How to Reactivate Your Testtrick Subscription
If you’ve canceled your TestTrick subscription and want to resume using the platform, you can reactivate your account by purchasing a plan that fits your current needs. Follow the steps below to get started.
Steps to Reactivate Your Subscription
1. Log in to Your Workspace
Sign in to your TestTrick account using your registered credentials.
2. Navigate to Planning & Billing
- Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Planning & Billing from the dropdown menu.

3. Select a Plan
- You will see all available plans in the Planning & Billing section.
- Choose and purchase a plan that meets your current requirements.

Important Notes:
- If your previous plan had more users than the plan you’re purchasing now, you must remove the additional users before purchasing the lower-user plan.
- All your data from the previous plan is retained, as TestTrick does not pause subscriptions—canceled plans keep your workspace data intact.
4. Complete Payment
- Enter or confirm your payment details.
- Once the payment is completed, your subscription will be active immediately, and you can continue using TestTrick.
