Active Assessments
- An Active Assessment is one where candidates have been invited to take the test.
- Once an assessment moves from Inactive to Active, it indicates that the evaluation process has started.
- You can track candidate progress, monitor submissions, and review results in this state.
Inactive Assessments
- An Inactive Assessment is one that has no candidates invited yet.
- Draft assessments that have been saved but not fully created also fall under this category.
- This allows you to prepare assessments in advance and make edits before inviting candidates.
Archived Assessments
- An Archived Assessment is one that you no longer need to use immediately.
- Archiving keeps the data safe and intact, so you can reactivate the assessment anytime.
- This is useful for keeping your workspace organized without losing historical assessment data.
Quick Tips
- Use the search bar to quickly find assessments by name.
- Always check the creator and creation date for reference.
- Move assessments between states as needed to manage your evaluation workflow efficiently.
This categorization ensures you can track, manage, and organize all your assessments effectively in TestTrick.
