The Configuration section in TestTrick allows you to manage candidate support contacts and submission notifications, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up during the assessment process.


Candidate Contact Support


  • Specify the email address that candidates can contact if they need help during the assessment.
  • This email is displayed to candidates as the support contact during the assessment.

Notify via Email When Candidate Submits the Assessment


  • This field allows you to select team members who should receive email notifications whenever a candidate submits the assessment.
  • You can add any user who is part of your TestTrick team.
  • Each selected user will receive notifications for every candidate submission, ensuring timely review and follow-up.
