Manage Company Tests in TestTrick

TestTrick allows you to manage your tests efficiently from the Test Library. You can edit, clone, or delete tests, and organize them under your company library for easy access.

Step 1: Access the Test Library

Navigate to the Test Library.

Switch the library view to My Company to see all company-created tests.

Step 2: Select a Test

Browse or search for the test you want to manage.
Click the three-dot action button next to the test to view available actions.

Step 3: Manage Test Actions

From the action menu, you can perform the following operations:

Edit Test

Opens the test editor so you can:
- Update the test name or instructions
- Modify questions or resources
- Adjust time limits or question order
Changes will apply to the test for future assessments.

Important: If the test is already included in one or more assessments, when you click Update and Save, a pop-up will appear asking if you want to apply the changes to existing assessments.

You can select the specific assessments where you want the updates to take effect.
This ensures that you can update assessments selectively without affecting all past or ongoing candidate attempts.

Note: Candidates who have already attempted the test will continue with the original version unless you explicitly choose to update the assessment.

Clone Test

Creates an exact copy of the selected test.
The cloned test appears in the My Company library.
You can edit the cloned test independently without affecting the original.
This is useful for creating multiple variations of a test quickly.

Delete Test

Removes the selected test from your company library.
Deleted tests cannot be recovered, so use this option carefully.
