Bulk Upload Questions in Test

The Bulk Upload feature allows you to add multiple questions to a test in one go, saving time when creating large assessments. This feature is available in Step 2 (Add Questions) of test creation and editing.

Supported Question Types

• Bulk upload is currently available only for Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Both single-correct and multiple-correct MCQs are supported.
• If you require bulk upload for other question types, you can contact TestTrick support for assistance.

How to Bulk Upload Questions

Step 1: Open Bulk Upload

• In Step 2 (Add Questions), click the Bulk Upload button.
• A modal window will open with upload instructions.

Step 2: Download the Template

• Click Download Template.
• Use this template to ensure the correct format.
• Only files in .csv, .xlsx, or .xls format are supported.

Important:

• Make sure you are using the TestTrick-provided template.
• A maximum of 100 questions can be uploaded in a single upload.

Step 3: Add Questions to the Template

• Add your MCQs to the template.

  Specify whether each question has:

  • A single correct answer, or
  • Multiple correct answers

Step 4: Upload the File

• Click Upload.
• Select the completed template file.
• All questions will be added to the test automatically.

Managing Uploaded Questions

After uploading:

• All questions will appear in the question list.

  You can:

  • View questions as candidates will see them
  • Edit questions
  • Delete questions
  • Sort

This allows you to review and refine uploaded questions before finishing the test.
