Send Assessment Results to Candidates

TestTrick allows you to share assessment results directly with candidates. You can choose to send results individually or in bulk for multiple candidates at once.

How to Send Assessment Results to Candidates

To send result emails to candidates in TestTrick, follow these steps:

Open the Assessment

• Click on the assessment from active for which you want to send reminder emails.

Go to the Candidates Section

• Navigate to the All Candidates section to view the list of invited candidates.

Sending Results to Individual Candidates

1. Navigate to the assessment and go to the All Candidates section.
2. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the candidate.
3. Select Send Assessment Results.

Sending Results in Bulk

1. Select multiple candidates from the list.
2. Click Send Results Icon
3. Click Send

Note: Results will only be sent to candidates who have completed the assessment. Candidates who have not finished will not receive the results.

What Candidates Receive

Candidates will receive a PDF via email containing:

• Overall test score
• Average score
• Skill-wise scores
• Proctoring and assessment data

This ensures transparency and allows candidates to review their performance in detail.
