What is the Analytics Tab?

The Analytics Tab is a newly introduced section within the Assessment Detail page that provides real-time analytics and performance tracking for assessments and candidates.

Instead of manually reviewing individual candidate records, recruiters can now instantly understand:

  • How candidates are performing
  • Which candidates stand out
  • Where candidates drop off in the hiring funnel
  • How individual tests are performing
  • Overall assessment engagement and completion trends

This creates a more data-driven hiring workflow while significantly improving visibility and decision-making speed.

Key Features of the Analytics Tab

1. Real-Time Assessment Metrics

At the top of the Analytics dashboard, recruiters can quickly view high-level assessment statistics, including:

  • Total Invited Candidates
  • Completed Candidates
  • Flagged Candidates

  • Hired Candidates

Each metric updates dynamically as candidate activity changes, ensuring recruiters always have access to the latest assessment status.
